We would like to invite you to an event on Saturday the 12th of August; Chef Andrew Church will be conducting a cooking class in the rustic surrounds of our mill. Using Adina Vineyard olives and oils Andrew will demonstrate to participants how to cook 'Olive & Chicken Meatballs'; 'Prawn & Coconut Curry', and 'Smoked Salmon Crostini with Truffle Oil'. These dishes will be paired with tastings of our wines.
Peter will be on-deck to teach you about olives; how they are grown, how we harvest and process them, and how we produce them.
