What our guests and customers say about Adina Vineyard
The echoing reflections from our guests are: "the peace", "the views", "the friendly staff", "the delicious olives and wines" and the favourable inclination to help with your requests where possible.
I recently stayed at Adina with girlfriends for a girl's weekend away in the Casuarina Lodge and had the best time. The lodge was quite spacious for the 6 of us and all rooms came with their own ensuite. The dining and living room was great, we cooked a nice breakfast as the kitchen had everything needed and we also enjoyed having a cheese platter for dinner out on the balcony after a wine tour and taking in the beautiful views of the vineyard and watching the sunset. We also enjoyed watching some Christmas movies and playing board games on the comfy lounges. The lodge felt really peaceful and quiet but is in a great location not far from all the attractions and other wineries - would highly recommend for a group stay.
Had a wonderful stay. One of the cleanest and tidiest, comfortable places we have stayed. Wonderful, peaceful and overall just lovely. Will highly recommend to everyone. Thank you.

The best thing about this accomodation for me was the fabulous peaceful views of the vineyard. Wonderful to just sit out on the deck with a glass of bubbly enjoying the sounds of silence and taking in the sunset / starry night sky.

Apart from the winery, Adina has a marvelous selection of sauces, dressings & olives for purchase along with olive oil shampoo & conditioner .
Would certainly not hesitate to recommend & will certainly be reserving again, when next visiting the area.

...now due for another stay.
So close to Sydney for us and with a great restaurant on site along with lovely clean rooms, views to the vineyard and olive trees is everything we need for a relaxing stay.
Besides their wine -- we've run out of the best Mango and Chilli salad dressing we've ever tasted (you can buy this online).

Have stayed at Adina cottages before and although have tried many other hotels in the region, Adina is where I'll return. Cottages are clean and well appointed but its the atmosphere that I love. Overlooking the vineyards it truly is a wonderful way to wake up in the mornings, very peaceful and quiet and you feel like your the only ones there. Truly a lovely spot for a weekend away.

Each apartment has 3 rooms and they will lock the unused rooms depending on the number of guests checking-in. The place is clean, tranquil and homey. All necessary kitchen wares are available, but to our surprise, coffee machine is also ready with different kinds of capsules for us to choose! Staff are helpful and will definitely stay there again!

I stayed here about two weeks ago in a one bedroom lodge. This place is absolutely wonderful, the interior is modern, it is very private, we were the only guests there at the time i think. The balcony looks out over a vineyard which was so beautiful.
Everything was very neat and tidy, it even had a fire place and a spa bath which was excellent. They provide all these little extras which make the finishing touches to the already lovely place like lovely loose leaf teas, board games, samples of their balsamic vinegar which was so good i had to buy some myself before i left. I will definitely stay here again next time i'm at hunter.

Lovely vineyard and beautiful accommodation. Disappointed the stay is too short for us. However, we will come back for more.

5 stars for adina! Love this vineyard so much, and it holds beautiful memories for my husband and I
Can't wait till we are back visiting NSW so I can stock up on some of my favourite moscato.
We arrived on Halloween but nothing could have prepared us for what was in store....
The weekend was an end of season gathering of a slightly aged group of footballers. 3 cottages housed us all and provided a base for our adventures.
For a group without better halves, on first glance these beautifully appointed residences might seem inappropriate.
The refined and clever use of the gorgeous location perhaps more in keeping with a romantic honeymoon or couples retreat.
However the attention to detail in equipping the cottages for any possible need ensured our most unusual group challenge was met without the slightest ruffled feather.
Whilst as footballers we may be past our prime, as diners we appreciate quality and class. We were blown away by the delicate art presented at Emersons. A table of 13 were over fed and well watered with wine from the vine, a feat in itself but not a single word of critique.
Adina lives up to its more beautiful Hebrew characteristics, however its owners are also brave to deliver such an amazing and naturally relaxing experience; after all humans tend to rebel against perfection.
Stars on the deck, red wine by the fire. The perfect romantic getaway. Great service, great wine.

We thoroughly enjoyed our mini holiday at Adina. The weather outside was very chilly but we managed to stay toasty inside with the great fireplace. Compliments to the Chef for the breakfasts, they were fantastic, a great way to line your stomach for a day of wine tasting.

We were staying at Adina Vineyard and Emersons is on the property which added to our stay. Our lunch on 2 days was beautiful and we were well looked after..nice wines to accompany. Favourite was the slow cooked lamb. Emersons is another reason to head back to Adina Vineyard ASAP.
....the best part of our trip to the Hunter was relaxing at the end of the day, sipping Adina wine on the verandah of our cottage...friendly staff, fabulous hospitality..
.....we stumbled upon this place as they were closing for the day. Peter's generosity meant we were able to stay in this beautiful place, Adina.....
...Peter, a gracious host. Your wines compared very favourably with the "best of the rest"....delicious wines and olives

....sustained damage to our car getting here....Peter drove me to pick up a hire car, as my partner is in a wheelchair I really appreciated this...tasted and bought beautiful wines and olive products
