Sgroppino; Prosecco with a difference

Adina Vineyard Sparkling Bianco; a Prosecco recipe with a difference; called Sgroppino 

Ingredients:

1 cup of chilled Adina Vineyard Sparkling Bianco

2 tablespoons of chilled Vodka

One third of a cup of frozen lemon sorbet

One quarter of a teaspoon of freshly chopped mint leaves.

 

Method: 

Take 2 champagne flutes and pour equal amounts of Prosecco and Vodka into each

Spoon a scoop of sorbet into each flute

Sprinkle with mint and enjoy.
